- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest.
- Closing date for entry will be 6/30/16. After this date no further entries to the contest will be permitted.

- The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows: By submitting your photo, you grant Kauffman’s Animal Health, Inc., (contest sponsor) use of the submission, including your name, hometown and state. We reserve the right to modify, reproduce and distribute the material in any medium and in any manner or appropriate place.Eligible entries include photos of our four-legged friends including horses or dogs doing something cute, funny or just being the amazing animals they are!
Your submission must not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity. If you choose to include people in your submission, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary releases from the individuals depicted, and must be able to provide copies of those releases to Kauffman’s Animal Health upon request.
Entrants may be asked to supplement their submission with a descriptive paragraph about their photo, a highest resolution version of their photo, or a watermark-free version of their photo.The 13 winning photos will appear in the 2016 Kauffman’s Animal Health, Inc. calendar and the winning photographers will also receive (1) FREE calendar.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the contest will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this contest.
- No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
- How winner(s) are decided: All eligible entries received during the submission period will be gathered into a database. At the end of the Contest Period 13 winners (1 cover photo and 12 month photos) will be selected by a panel of judges. Entries will be available for viewing on Kauffman’s Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/kauffmansanimalhealth . The panel of judges will take into account the amount of “likes/votes” or “shares” a photo receives; however, the winning photos will be based on image quality, calendar worthiness, and cuteness factor. The sponsor reserves the right to change the winner selection method at its sole discretion.
- The winner(s) will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date.
- The sponsors decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering this contest, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current US data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
